Biological interactions are the interactions between organisms in a community. In the natural world no organism exists in absolute isolation, and thus every organism must interact with the environment and other organisms. An organism's interactions with its environment are fundamental to the survival of that organism and the functioning of the ecosystem as a whole. [From Wikipedia/biological interactions]

Some types of relationships listed by the effect they have on each partner. '0' is no effect, '-' is detrimental, and '+' is beneficial.

Your task:

• Find a picture showing an example of biological interaction between two species.
• You have to edit the picture (you can use an application like GIMP, Paint or picnik). Add labels to indentify the species involved in the biological interaction. Add a brief text showing the name of the interaction and explaining if the species taking part in the interaction have experienced benefit, harm or none of them. You can use symbols (like those shown in the table) to indicate benefit (+), harm (-) or no effects (0).
• Send the picture attached to an email to your teacher's mailbox.
• 6th of april is the deadline for this assignment.
